ABC DIET DAY 1 TOMORROW!
After going from diet to diet and not sticking to anything but failure (-.-), I decided to start the abc diet.
I’m going grocery shopping later on today (when I wake up) and I’m going to buy a lot of fruits and a lot of great ingredients to start the abc diet with a lot of healthy foods that will help me lose weight even faster.
The abc diet is pretty tough but I just have to do it! I’m going to plan out my meals and drink a lot of water. I need to to start exercising too! I’m really bad with exercising so I’m going to start doing it little by little.
I know if I try hard enough I can do this!! There are lots of reasons why I need to be skinny, and it’s so hard for a lot of people to understand. I just know that a lot of things will be so much better when I lose 65 pounds! Things will start working out because I will feel better about myself. I really can’t wait!!!
